Which upcoming 2010 action title "a la god of war" do you anticipate the most?

For me it's god of war 3 (so obvious), but the other titles look also appealing, even a 3d castlevania looks amazing (that is also surprising). I also expect a lot of dante's inferno (because some people from dead space are behind it, even if it looks like the biggest god of war rip off ever).

I also going to check bayonetta out, but the negative I have to say about it, is that it's kinda like devil may cry with a chick (because its from the same maker I know).

Conclusion: God of war 3 for me, but I won't ignore the other titles when they come out.

probably Bayonetta (has the makings of a classic, probably the game I'm most excited about overall at the moment after Brutal Legend), closely followed by God of War (I'm a huge fan of the first two). Dante's Inferno is also one that looks better every time I see it.

I'll be buying all three, though, in any case. They all look like must-plays.

Weirdly enough as I'm a huge fan of the first God Of War but Castlevania as this has the most to prove. If it can blend the gothic style of Symphony of the Night with the 3D Action and exploration of Metroid Primeand (current fav game) Batman Arkham Asylum and it could be something amazing. I feel like Mercury Steam is in a similar position of nearly unknown hungry team looking to prove themselves so hopefuly they're taking a ton of notes from AA's 3D Castlevania style gameplay done right.

Sadly God of War hasn't shown anything to wow me yet and even though I love the first DMC, Kamiya seems to have gone over my head with craziness of Bayonetta so I need to try the game before I get excited. I do have an eye on Dante's Inferno as I hope the Visceral guys can bring a similar inventiveness to 3D Action as they brought to Survival Horror.

Ive purposely avoided any info on GoW3 so my head doesnt explode. Did the same thing with MGS4. No screenshots, no gameplay details, no story, no videos, no nothing.

Makes playing the game so much more "whoa".

About metroid other M, is the game in the same genre as these games I named in the OP? I know it isnt a first person adventure anymore. Trailer made the game give a more action feel to it and less about exploration.
