Why is Pitbull so popular?

Why on earth is Pitbull in almost every song on the radio? He's horrible! He lyrics are so unintelligent and at the level a 3rd grader would write on a poetry assignment.

Seriously, why have people made this man so popular?? He has got to be one of the worst mainstream artists to date!

Here are some shining examples of his amazing lyrics:

Mami got an ass like a donkey, with a monkey
Look like King Kong, welcome to the crib

WTF does that even mean? A woman with a nice ass and a monkey the size of king kong hanging from it? Or is she taking a king kong size shit? This is a similar piece by a good lyricist, Eminem:

Pitbull is riding the same wave the Flo-Rida made popular. Catchy ass club/dance songs that border on eletronica.
That being said hes WAY MORE listenable than Flo-Rida.
I don't really check for dude, but I don't mind hearing his music.
