It seems like all Capcom does is just make Resident Evil and Monster Hunter games, is there anything else they can make? It seems like they are rich with IP but they aren't bringing it to the forefront.

Game didn't sell well in its time. Capcom is not interested in bringing back ips that don't make them cash so no.

Although I would love for Jill's game to get a remake/remaster I doubt it will happen.
This is why it's important for Sony to get their act together with their Classics range.
Because that's the only way you'll see a majority of games again.
