Problem is NXT also needs tag teams. It's just #DIY and AoP (and I guess technically Sanity) right now. So it depends if they're willing to have an Asuka situation with tags where AoP dominate forever until they can build the division back up.
Yeah, I just don't think there's a lot they can do there with #DIY now since they're not going to go over AOP, so they're just going to be a gateway team for a while.

They never did. Payback was always rematch city, but with the correct endings to matches instead of Mania's awful booking.
