WTF? Castlevania: DiScontinued?

I bought Castlevania earlier today at Best Buy using one of those coupons.

Did the same thing. I traded in Hot Stuff Coming Your Way!, got DoS and still had a few bucks left over. Cool. It was shrink-wrapped, not sealed, but it didn't look molested or anything.

Check your local Blockbuster Gamerush store for Phoenix Wright. That is the only place that I have ever seen the game. I bought mine there, my cousin bought the only other copy at the store, and since the I haven't seen it again. I've heard of a lot of people having luck at those stores though.

The Gamecrazy I got my copy of Phoenix Wright from had one more copy as well. If you ever want something off the beaten path like Culdcept, Monster Rancher 4, Gallop Racer, these are the stores to check...

WTF? You couldn't find it at the normal price anywhere?

After 6 stores I gave up. Hell the price of gas made the $44 bucks a semi-bargin. :lol

Nothing at EB/Gamestop/Target/Walmart/BB/Circuit City...

Shit, only one store had Castlevania.

It's downright scary how rare these games are becoming. I picked up a copy of Trauma Center today since my local EB told me it was discontinued. I've found it at a couple sites, but it would have been more time/money.

I've looked fucking EVERYWHERE for Phoenix Wright and it's nowhere to be found. Fortunately, I have a copy for myself but I'm trying to get one for a friend who has to play it. I wish Capcom would make more copies, it's such a downright amazing game despite its simplicity. If you can afford to get one, even if it's a little costly, do it. DS carts are supposedly very cheap to produce so in theory, there should be no reason for Capcom to slam on the brakes.

I can't remember who was complaining about not being able to order from Atlus, but it turns out you CAN order old games (provided they still have them) and even manuals from them (I'm not trying to sound like a smartie, I just found out myself the other night).Though you have to mail them the money before they'll ship your order. FYI they still do have Trauma Center available for $34.00

Also, EBgames.com (I'm pretty sure but it could be Gamestop.com) is selling Lost in Blue for $29.99

I've seen Castlevania in stores here and there in stores, but I'd also snatch one if you don't have it because Konami has no qualms about letting Castlevania slide outta print. Heck, if I hadn't gotten the double pack for Christmas, I'd never know what HoD and AoS are like. I wanted them both when they each came out on GBA, but didn't have the $$$ at the time and POOF, they were gone.
