In a Twitch interview, Xbox’s Aaron Greenberg said while they were open to the idea of putting their titles on the Epic Games Store, they want to see the platform have a bigger “connected” community that focuses on players over the business side of things, which seems like a fancy way of saying they won’t be part of any exclusive deals

No, they have a bunch of non-exclusive titles on their storefront, including pre-orders. There is zero fucking chance that Cyberpunk is not going to be available on GOG.
Its only smaller indies they like to throw their weight around with and bully into exclusivity deals.

You are right. I didnt think of cyberpunk. for some reason I thought they only looking for exclusives.
