Me: Placed 3 orders. 1 for physical product. 2 for digital product. Got an email saying all orders were cancelled due to suspicious activity. Why? These were legit orders that I would like refilled.

My order for the NES controllers and s7 battery had nothing to do with this and that got cancelled as well. Thanks for your help.

I hope we are still connected.
If your gold is expired you will get offers such as, $1 for a month, $2 for two or $40ish for a year. These offers are completely random per account. If you do see one snatch it up quick because they might only last for 24 hours.
I've been hoping they push another promo my way. I got the year offer a month ago but it disappeared the next day when I went to purchase.
This happened to me in November when I tried to buy an eGift card. My account wasn't actually compromised, and thus, neither was yours, probably. What happened was Amazon tried to call me to verify the purchase since I used a new credit card, and when I didn't pick up the phone, they logged it as a fraudulent transaction. It was a pain in the butt to fix--I submitted the order three or four times before I got it to go through. They definitely need to improve order verification in this area.
Amazon Digital Services says order is still processing. Order details in the Amazon Digital Services page says it's refunded. My bank says that the charge was made and that there has been no refund issued yet. Amazon customer service representative says that Amazon never charged me and that the order was cancelled from the beginning.
I just want my money back if the order is actually cancelled.
