Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

MS Store USA (online)... Got emails from UPS My Choice last night making me aware of pending deliveries for today. My XB1 (and extra controller) should be arriving between 2:15 and 6:15pm!

And now we play the waiting game... 'Grats to others who have gotten theirs already. Soon I shall be joining the club!

Like I said the last time I posted in this thread amazon said via email that they shipped mine even though it stills says "not yet shipped". I'm flying blind if it shows up today i will be pleasantly surprised. This is problably my first bad experience with amazon.

They nearly tried to pull another god damn PS4 launch on me again. (June 10th order with release date shipping, didn't arrive till the following monday).

I complained about the PS4 and had them upgrade to overnight on the Xbone.

My tracking info says this:

Scheduled For Early Delivery On:
Friday, 11/22/2013, By End of Day

Originally Scheduled For Delivery On:
Monday, 11/25/2013, By End of Day <-- that's some bullshit

8:30 AM and my Amazon order is at the local carrier facility in Columbus, but has not yet updated to Out for Delivery, starting to get worried….
 
Some people who ordered on Wednesday are reporting that they are now being sent the Xbox One - Standard Edition instead of the Day One Edition due to high demand. Due to the change they are refunding $50 from the total cost of the Xbox One.

Meh. I wouldn't mind at all if this ended up happening.

Probably easier, faster AND cheaper to just fly over, grab one and head home... :-/

It finally updated status once it arrived in Austin, but was in limbo before that. I happened to be awake early (due to getting kids to school) and was able to put a hold request before it ended up on a truck.

Looking at my fedex for today, it never shows it leaving Kansas, just randomly leaving Ft Worth this morning at 2AM.

Just got the call that it's pickup time at 9AM.
 
OMG "On Vehicle For Delivery Today" mine is in my city on a UPS truck somewhere, soooo close!

As stated before, I pre-ordered day one edition from GameStop here in the US back in June. Was shipped early yesterday morning. Getting AC IV Black Flag bundle, also ordered copies of RYSE (same delivery as my console bundle) and NBA 2K14 (my guess is that will come tomorrow).

no no, only 24 euro. Also from US Amazon estimated delivery time only 4-5 days, because of UPS, unfortunately only 200 $ without customs declaration(pain in the ass in Russia)
 
UPS just called. Apparently the Microsoft Store. canada neglected to put my address on the shipping label. Only my name, company and phone number.

Thankfully I was able to provide it to them, and now it's scheduled for delivery.


Way to go, MS fulfilment.

But mate, 4-5 days is not a full month? Are you sure you ordered the right console? I mean, its not even the Day One?
 
My Amazon order has been 'shipping now' for ~24 hours, and still claims to be delivering today.

Chatted with a CS rep, who went away for awhile, and then came back and 'assured' me that it would be delivered today. Unless Amazon has started running courier services in North Carolina, I kinda doubt it.
 
Looks like the Play & Charge kit is delayed, or at least late orders for it. Ordered the other night and it says expected date is now 12/19. Oh well, not a huge deal.

My XB1 which I ordered in June however, is out for delivery!
 
Fedex absolutely blows. My Xbone is currently scheduled to be delivered on Monday. It's also at the FedEx facility across the street from where I work and has been since 6am this morning. I called their number and talked to a representative and asked if I could just pick it up today after I get off work and she told me that I can't because they have to unpack it and sort out all the shipments and that won't be done until this weekend. What a load of shit =(

Feels bad man. UPS had it at their local facility yesterday afternoon and it doesn't look like it made the truck. Frees up the weekend, I guess...
 
yesterday: xbox one, recieved in reno NV (2 hours from me)
this morning: arrived in sacramento CA (3 hours from me) to go out for delivery.

it traveled a longer distance overnight to go from reno to sac then it would have from reno to my house AND its now further away. i likely won't have it till late afternoon :(

first world problems.

The One we're getting at work shipped, and it's in ATL according to the tracking but it's not "On Truck for Delivery" so...who knows wtf'll happen by the end of the day.

Tracking must be slow for Amazon. If you saw my earlier post, my xbox one had arrived in town yesterday but wasn't out for shipping this morning.

I now have it in hand and the tracking information still hasn't updated. So for other people in the same boat, hold on to hope.

That makes me feel better! I also just ran the tracking number on the fed ex site instead of checking it from my Amazon account page and it seems like it arrived in Houston 2 hours ago actually and my Amazon page shows it arriving a few minutes ago. I'm feeling a bit better now!

Well I was stupid and went with Walmart for this, not Amazon. Amazon had my PS4 delivered flawlessly last Friday and Bestbuy had mine ready for in store pickup after work, but I wanted to use Paypal/Bill Me Later with this one for some unknown mystical reason. I cancelled both my Amazon & BestBuy orders for the Xbone last week >.>

I did just check the tracking again for one last hope and now it shows this:

11/22/2013 - Friday
6:50 am
On FedEx vehicle for delivery
ADDISON, TX

6:49 am
At local FedEx facility
ADDISON, TX

When I looked at like 8 this morning and called the FedEx lady, it only had the 6:49 am event logged...maybe their shit just sucks lol.

Yea, I never use the Amazon tracker, I always just take the tracking # and go to the actual carriers site.

It's not just off the UK mainland. ShopTo have basically shat the bed this week and because they're not active on twitter, DPD have taken the brunt all day. The couriers never recieved the packages from ShopTo and I ordered a Teraway Vita pack and that's not shown up either.

Contact ShopTo ASAP.

Mine says shipping now for delivery today. Im in NYC and this happens occasionally where it will ship and deliver in the same day, but no carrier is listed.

Amazon bumped me to the standard edition console and back to the 25th - but gave me a $50 credit :(

Same shit happened to me. Seems like the Fedex plane in Houston had mechanical issues and packages got delayed.
