How do they make these games so quickly?

Fuck ton of asset reuse. And the last Yakuza game came out in Japan in Dec 2016. This is gonna reuse a lot of assets from that game (and have new ones of course)

They're not. Delayed localization for 0 and Kiwami outside Japan. Also - heavy asset reuse.

If they redo 3-4-5 they would probably just port them. They don't really need the Kiwami treatment. 3 NA needs to be redone because of all the cut content but the others hold up pretty well.
