Leisure Suit Larry, the first one on PC. My family were HUGE into the Sierra type games back then, we had them all. Loved playing them together. But I was way too young to understand Larry lol, all I knew is I wanted to play it!!!

I remember secretly trying to answer the age restriction questions at the start, learning the answers so I could get into the game, and the bloody internal speakers music being SO LOUD while I was trying to do my stealth styles, I'm like shuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut up computer haha.

In Tenchu (psOne) you could get a flute that would play distracting sounds for the enemies. You could hide in the bushes and play the flute if you thought an enemy was close to discovering you.

On the pirate stage, if you played the flute, it was the sound of a woman having an orgasm. Of course the pirate went looking else where.

Actually, in the summer going into 7th grade I was playing snes. I was playing Mario world and the edge between the rounded circle at the end of the control amd the straight part rubbed my dick. My buddy and I spent a long time at the beginning of Leisure Suit Larry (4 I believe, passionate patty and the pulsating pectorals?) answering the age-detection questions to get the best rated game.

The game asked you a bunch of questions that an older person would probably know, and each time you answer correctly the window blinds of a woman's room go up a bit. To get the best game you wanted them all the way up before you start (parts of the game would differ depending on how well you answered those questions).

They were multiple choice so we just remembered previous guesses and started working our way through its library of questions. I still remember finally getting that damn window shade all the way up. =)

I only found out that this was at all explicable after seeing Riddick Bowe get falcon punched in the junk by Andrew Golata. The trainers in the gif are likely pulling back the padding behind the belt of the boxer so that they can breath more easily. Still, I remember shocked exclamations every time I had a fight go longer than a round in Ring King.
