[YouTube] Shirrako's account reinstated after killing feminist NPC in RDR2 [Restored: Read OP]

#1
When I searched for him to watch the newest Dragon Quest XI video, nothing showed up about him. I tried going to his channel and to my shock, the page is all empty with just the message: 'This Youtuber has been terminated', something like this.

I assume it has to do with that Red Dead Redemption video, something about a female?

Still, I now feel very bad for him, he was like the most popular youtuber I've ever followed when it comes to playing.

Mod Edit (MoW):

Restored:
I'm glad to see that some of the bigger content creators stood up for him.....

Tha makes me want to actually kill these feminist characters in the game. If I am told I am not allowed to I want to do it even more. Maybe I will mod Anita S. in this ame on the PC Version and put her on the Traintracks :p

I do not know shit about modding^^

That's a why I don't use any of them, apart of YouTube as it's the main source of gameplay and trailers these day. Unfortunately.

Wow.

I never actually seen the video, so can't comment properly on the 'justice' of said ban.
But youtube is getting shittier and shittier every day, so no surprises there.

I wonder if it's an auto ban because he got mass flagged by NPCs (which is highly likely), or if it is a manual ban. He should post the email he received.

SidAlpha also seems to try to get in contact with him.

Stop promoting violence against women, there are plenty of other males to kill. Misogynists.

Not with this reply again. I'm not going to bother agruing, but he wasn't promoting violence against women, he was saying that females NPCs can be killed. He just gave a demostration.

There's violence in games, and it doesn't matter the gender.

I dont think you can auto ban a half-million subs account just that "easy". At least I hope that would never work like that, its preposterous :messenger_unamused:

Anyway, I'm actually curious now on checking the video out, anyone knows any other link?

Holy shit. This is unbelievable.
Not really, when you have a habit of making brutal complilation videos, and then make not just one video but two or three about killing a feminist (Who isn't a really a feminist, but someone rightfully desiring the right to vote) in isolation, then you're just drawing trouble to yourself. Especially within weeks of a few nutters trying to assassinate left leaning politicians in reality.

Shame really, he was one of the few channels that I subscribed to, since he tends to shut his mouth in his videos.

It's not Rockstars fault that people use their work and twist it into something else, to promote or glorify whatever.

And ultimately it was the title of the video which was the issue, not so much the video itself.

I hate the precedent this sets, but any notion of YouTube being an unbiased platform has long since dissolved. The only part that seems excessive to me is the nuking of the whole channel, instead of demonetizing or deleting the relevant videos.

She isn't really a person either.

Do yourself a favour and search on YouTube for "feminism sucks". Notice anything? Like how the first six results are all pro-feminism? And that some don't have "sucks" anywhere in their title or description?

YouTube hasn't been impartial for a looong time.

You are talking about a game in which countless npcs are shoot which isnt a issue until you punch a women npc get a grip dude.
Logan Paul filmed an actual dead body and upload it, yet he kept his channel after widespread outrage shows how dumb sjws truly are.

Can't really say I liked his video but I don't think he should get banned for it.

Really though, I think the thing here is that you can either claim videogames promote and encourage violence or they don't. You can't be like "it's just a game, it's not real and there's no scientific evidence to support games as a source of real life violence" in one conversation and then "wow this needs to get banned this promoted violence" in another

I don't think he got banned for just one video:

Haven't really played the game so I don't know the character. But doing horrible things to annoying characters in open world games is a pretty normal thing.
Just look how many videos there are about people killing Preston Garvey in Fallout 4

The only dumb are those who use the term SJWs.

Hard to take seriously.

Not quite getting the whole, 'Title of the video' part are you?

This is a serious issue playing out. Studies, mountains of them, even from very liberal universities, have stated there is no correlation between violence in video games, and having that transpire in real life.

But then YouTube steps in, and alters all of that with, "promotes violence" based on their political feels.

What a time to be alive.
