I'm pretty sure it's a blanket ban; that is, whatever tags Waypoint decided to use (for user convenience, or whatever) that had to do with SDCC panel footage were set up as auto-blocks ahead of time. I'm sure someone's working feverishly to get this particular one unblocked right now. :)

I'm sure that's the case also, but it still seems like an amazingly stupid oversight.

Panel starts in 1 minute... hopefully those that are there can give us a rundown.

If anyone gets a chance to speak with 343, can you guys ask if Party Viewing in theatre is back? I never touched theatre mode in Reach because you could only watch alone.

That's super lame, they edited out the cutscene portion of the panel...

Oh well, guess that super low quality vid we got will have to do.

Indeed, he also mentioned that there was going to be more cinematics shown in the panel today. Hopefully someone gets a YouTube video of it since it seems like they are editing them out for the official ones. Why, I don't know...

Hmm do the specializations give physical attributes or is it just a title?
