Going by the announcement on IGN, Ubisoft only confirmed it for PS4, XBO, and PC:

Date says December 29th, 2017. If it's perhaps instead even an early 2017 game (I doubt it's in Dec) I would think it's a safe bet for NX, but we'll see.

Box is a bit odd though, it's a blown-up pic in a clean Wii U template.

Considering that it appears nowhere in the announcement trailer and is not rated by PEGI, I'd guess it's an error by Amazon.

Really looks more like an error by a retailer. With no mention at E3, no age rating, a self made boxart, it looks a bit desperate to hope for 3rd party support all of a sudden.
