Its not really that weird or bizarre. Basically as the picture shows its the skin getting rolled down but its to tight to get back over the the thick part of the head. Think of it like getting your thumb stuck in a Chinese finger trap.

I have it too. Though I actually could pull it back as a kid, and knew about it. But at the time, I was told the only reason was for hygene and as a kid I didn't give two shits about hygene. So apparently I let it go long enough that it tighetened... or whatever. So by the time I cared about hygene I couldn't pull it back all the way :(

Its never caused any problem or discomfort at all, so I didn't see any reason to do anything about it. Stupid phitosis.
