Kid A and Hail to the Thief are pretty good for that.

Very different from other recommendations, but Tori Amos' Boys for Pele is a pretty great test for a number of reasons.

A few sections lean a bit on dated 90s electronica tropes, but the production work is so clean and timeless that it's a perfect album for me to use to get familiar with the quirks and personality of new headphones or speakers.
