Just gonna emphasize, 6 does not have story recap videos, like 3 and 4 had, but it does have story recap and character introduction to all major characters in text form. But as it starts right after 5, I'd recommend reading up at least what happened to Haruka, as jumping from Kiwami straight to 6 will leave you confused, other story recaps are not really necessary, but recommended.

I'm going to play through them all first. Kiwami through 5 (already put 114 hours into 0. Fucking amazing game). Even if that means I don't touch 6 until 2019, I'll use the whiskey glasses in the meantime.

(iv) These games came out like 1.5/2 years ago and are just now being localized and released in the west.

I need to get around to playing Yakuza 0 (or any Yakuza game for that matter), but yes, I really dig the designs of the glasses & it's an unique item for a game LE, especially one that can be "used" instead of just displayed (though I'm sure most people will want to not use them to make sure they don't break). Not to mention with the GCU from Best Buy, 20% off = $18 off = only $72 for the LE.

Shit I forgot about the GCU discount. I am absolutely buying two sets. Can still get them both for $90 total if I sell the second copy of the game and book for $60. :O

As well as John Hardin (even though he's not at SEGA/Atlus anymore) and Scott Strichart and pretty much everyone from the dev team and the localization team.
