Soon they will announce "project 10 souls". In exchange for sacrificing 10 newborn children in the name of Kotick, you get an exclusive hat for Mass Effect 3.

well, you know what they say about a fool and his money

It's another step in the wrong direction. The problem is, there are people who will pay for this bullshit just like there were people willing to shell out money for horse armor. Activision and other publishers are going to jump on the bandwagon once this becomes even a moderate success. The slippery slope argument in this case is very real IMO.Lothars said:I don't have a problem with this because you don't have to subscribe to this plus we don't know anything about this if it's true or not.
to all you saying fuck you EA don't subscribe and just ignore it, it's not gonna affect you.
I don't PC game, but for online it's usually (always?) just paying for the internet and you're good to go, right?Mama Robotnik said:So pay for internet, then pay for XBL, then pay for the game, then pay for EA Online?
I don't like this, not one bit.
MultiCore said:They already have one, and it costs $60 per year/ per sport.

You pay them money to get a discount on DLC? wowowow
EA trying the "so bad it's good again" adage with evilness, it seems.
