I'm from Germany and I played with a fellow gaffer from the US and we had a decent connection. Fingers crossed for you my friend.

Tried the patch, still hit and miss for me. I'm in Kuwait, got matched with 2 bar dude and it felt offline. Another time with 1 bar and felt okay, matched with 3 bar guy and if was slow motion.
I bet playing someone living close to you is super good now post-patch but still haven't tried with friends.

Yeah, netcode itself is definitely fixed across all modes.
Bars/bar filter are still mostly lies though.

lol, and oddly enough I've been waiting for you to buy to give me the no bullshit low down on the netcode.
Hopefully that's next on SNK's checklist of fixes.

Played for about 9 hours straight netcode is really really good, when you do get a bad connection which hasn't been common instead of the inputs being super delayed the entire game gets slowed down LOL
Based on just tonight I give it an A, need more time with it.
