Why aren't humans more like lions?

From what I've seen, in a lion pride there's like 17 female lions and one male. Then the females do most of the hunting, while the male sleeps/rest most of the time, and then he also gets to eat his 'share' first. And his duty is to do his thing with the females. Well apart from protecting the pride from intruders, but I guess that's secondary when he gets to bang them 20-40 times a day.

Damn, women should know their place here too.
