The Owner of the Most Shameful Gaming Setup in Finland wins a 40" LCD FullHD television and the services of an interior decorator from a competition organized by a games magazine.

Shameful: only one console, a 3DO; heaps of 3DO porn games, dirty kleenex's, some baby oil and a flesh-tube with a condom sticking out of it for "added realism."

That room is just dirty.

Also he has a huge sound system there, old gen consoles and im guessing a pc with that monitor, im sure theres worse out there then a beer can infested lounge.

What the? The guy has what looks to be a pretty hardcore sound setup, all the latest consoles, a tonne of games, a widescreen LCD monitor and television and this is a shameful setup? If the guy wasn't so lazy as to leave his looking like a 14yr old just chucked a tantrum in it it would be a damn good setup.

Moral of the story? Lazy bastards win?

Gahiggidy should have won.

But I still think the winner's setup is terrible - no amount of tech can make up for that lack of style and cleanliness.

Umm if most shameful means "less" in your opinion, then i could have just moved my TV and playstation to my basement and took a photo. WINNER.

Partajeesus`s crib is NATURALLY that messy, has black trash-bags in as curtains amd all the furniture are maggot-eaten. Clearly the winner of the finalists.

With the Iwata picture on the wall, that looks like some secret compound where Nintendo tortures the Sony faithful by duct taping them down and forcing them to play gamecube.

I imagine they've phased out that practice in favor of sales charts by now. :p

Yup it's pretty messy but I thought it should have some conncetion to the gaming setup. The gaming setup itself isn't shameful at all. The living conditions are.

Anyways this is a more shameful setup imo:

I can see where that gets off as shameful, if that were a dorm room or some nightmare efficiency. The *entire* available space is taken up by the gaming.

I've never seen the Gahiggidy basement pic before, and I blurted out laughing hysterically at the office. The Iwata pic and 'Rare Sux' just put me over the edge. So awesome.

Also a contest like this make me sick. Something like this should not go to the most messy but most needy. This guy has like a hundred games lining that wall.

No, the most shameful (and absolutely hilarious) gaming setup was that guy who had the old furniture he found on the side of the road and the cabinet with the old blanket stuffed in the bottom for his cat to sleep on.:lol
