What? This doesn't make any sense. 1) Why is Reeves talking about america and 2) The 80 gb sku is a limited edition.

This must be some kind of mistake because keeping the price at $599 in this country has already proven to be hardware suicide. Tell me this is a mistake!

In a way they did cut their price, but once those 60 GB units go the way of the 20 GB units, it will once again be FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE US DOLLARS.

I hope to hell that I'm wrong about that, though.

Besides, Sony is not gonna sell all their 60GB stock (which should be at a few hundred thousand AT least) in one month.

There's no way they're selling the 80 GB for $499.

It wouldn't make sense from a cost-cutting standpoint to add in 20 GB of space AND Motorstorm for a reduced price.
