NorCal Regionals (NCR) 2010 is a part of the Road to EVO 2012 season, as well the second of four Pit Stop bonus events, offering a $1000 bonus for both SSFIV AE and UMvC3 and a $500 bonus for SCV.

They are probably going to do on site registration. I heard the venue fee went up to $60 if you didn't preregistered.

I'm really only interested in UMVC3, though I mess around a little in SFxT. I don't play SCV any more but I signed up before the game came out since I thought I'd like it more. Virtua Fighter 5 I entered because I've never played FS before and VF is my favorite 3D series.

I used to go to San Francisco State, so I've got to represent my home here!

If anybody is interested, the Academy of Art is hosting a SF2012 and UMVC3 tournament tonight with a 50 dollar gift card to the winners. These dudes are pretty incompetent as fighting game organizers and the competition is pretty low(much better at doing legitimate stuff like bringing in industry talent to teach the students), but at least it's live play the night before.

This is SFxT's last chance to prove itself spectator friendly/hype for me. I'm hoping it's a case where it's like UMvC3 for me, where I think it's boring as shit until top 8 and then things get crazy awesome because of the level of play.
