Hope the box art changes for North America.
And 24 GB isn't too bad, not when you consider most of the other (retail) PS4 game installs are in the 30-40 range. At least in my experience.

It's the total game size. PS4 copies the whole disc to the HDD.

They always use a generic font for spines. Nintendo is the same. It looks so bland on a shelf.
Yeah, it's really annoying. What is the reason? Why is everyone doing it? It can't be a coincidence.
Im not worried at all. i downloaded killzone on day 1 and was playing within like 10 minutes and it is 39 gigs.
I'm getting the CE, which I believe has a different box but that one isn't so bad.
As for the spine, what I'd like is for some consistency. Just looking at my Vita games, there's two boxes, both Sony first party, both from the same developer, yet Tearaway has wrap-around art and Little Big Planet has generic boring spine.
It makes no sense.

Every PS4 game installs the whole disc to the drive, yes.

I'm cancelling my preorderer and buying it digital because it won't have a spine.
It doesn't bother me but I can see why folk would be concerned about an ugly spine when they sit and admire their collections on a shelf.
No such thing on PS4.

What's weird about talking about the box art in a box art thread? The spine's the only part you actually see when it's on the shelf anyway, would hope for something a bit more interesting.
I never understood why spines on euro Sony games are so bad. PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PSP, Vita ... all of them a single background color plus the title an arial font. It bugs the hell out of me.
Nothing has changed since my last post on this subject.

I think my PS4 pulls about 10 Mbps off the Wifi last I checked. Not possible to plug it in, unfortunately.
