You know those people Gaming side likes to talk about -- the "bros" who only buy like three games a year: Madden, Call of Duty, and maybe GTA when that's coming out? I think that's what I've become in terms of movies.

If I ever end up seeing movies that win Oscars it's always like a year later when it's on network TV. I saw three movies in theaters last year -- The Hobbit and two Marvel movies.

You've got one up on me. I only saw Man of Steel and Iron Man 3. I usually catch up on movies months later when I just watch everything over a couple weeks.

You both got me beat. The last movie I saw in theaters was Pacific Rim and before that was Avengers.......

Well to be fair I kinda agree with him.

It's almost as if Brad Pitt was trying to ruin the whole movie by casting himself as the only good white person coming to save the day in a movie about fucking slavery. I can't think of a more arrogant thing a producer could do

I'd be lying if I said that didn't make me a bit uncomfortable watching. But at the end of the day I'm glad a movie with a black cast and a black director swept some old white people award show. Even if I'm not that crazy about the flick itself I'm happy for their success

You do realize this is based on his book, not a work of fiction. Your making the same mistake he did wanting the damn facts to be rewritten.

I feel the same way. Movies are too damn high just to take a chance on something.
