I wonder if PS4 PSNow will be playable via Remote Play or will it require standalone Vita client.

I dont think adding a RP latency on top of PSNow latency is a good idea.

It's a beta, they aren't going to charge for it.

Pricing model hasn't been finalized but they've said both a la carte and subscription models are going to be available. I don't think anyone in the private beta can tell you what games are playable without breaking NDA.

On PS3 it runs awesome once you get passed the initial loading of the storefront. It's a great service if you are interested in this type of thing.
