This is getting so meta trying to analyze every Sony executive remark to predict whether or not Sony is going to drop the Megatron tomorrow. I am just sitting back with no expectation and maybe i will be pleasantly surprised. If not, then at least Sony is talking about it again which they have been reluctant to do so for the past several years.
