After just finishing strider, and being a huge fan of shadow conplex, I look forward to another super metroid type game.

Perhaps they had something else lined up but it got delayed (a new release)? Dunno.

Disappointed not to get two titles though

Also, 2 arcades on 360? they should have better reserved SSF4 for this month.

Hey, a brand new game I never got around to on Vita, no complaints here. I already owned Max and Halo before last month anyways.

Such a disappointing list for me. As much as I enjoyed Max having it for a second month is pretty poor and while the new version of Guacamelee is nice, I'm not sure I want to play through it again. 360 games I have no interest in either.

Eh, I'm not sure why they went this direction to be honest. I mean there's definitely content there that they could have offered. Zoo Tycoon, Lococycle, Rayman Legends, Strike Suit Zero and even some of the more prolific retail games like Tomb Raider or Thief.

The library on XB1 isn't massive by any means but it isn't devoid of content either. Microsoft could have easily thrown something else up for July but they chose not to. It just seems like they're being sticklers about it which is unfortunate.

Guacamelee is a great game. I wouldn't be surprised if what they're doing with Max is the norm form now on, ie expect Guacamelee and a new game switching in for Max next month. We'll see though.

PS+ start with one game per month on PS4 too, let's not forget about that.
Guacamelee is comparable if not better than Strider in my opinion.
If you not satisfy with the offering, you have to power to choose not to sub, it's not like they don't let you know in advance.

Guacamelee is a GREAT game but I played that shit like a year ago on multiple platforms. At least it was something new instead of something people might have paid for already.

Battleblock Theatre is a game I've been looking at for AGES. Glad I waited.

I really enjoyed Gotham City Imposters when I played it as well, hopefully this picks the population enough to get enough matches.

I was hoping Killer Instinct Classic would be free.

I'm surprised that Guacamelee is going to be free. I was willing to buy it since I never played it lol but now I'll wait tip July. Also can't wait to try battle block theater and gotham

Pretty sleezy that they promised 2 games a month and in the July PR wording it looks like they'll just switch out one game a month from now on. Whoever crafted that message deserves a raise.

I already have Battleblock theater and imposters purchased ages ago, if it wasn't for the $40 i got from gamestop's $5 deal I would be pissed

I don't know why people are surprised at one game on xbox one, it was announced that Max would be available until August and Halo until July, so writing was on the wall for one new game a month.

Guacamelee is a cracking game to have though as is Battleblock Theater on 360.

Isn't Gotham City Imposters now a F2P title on other platforms?

I feel they've completely misrepresented their 'two games' a month for XBOX One. It's one game for two months...

Since Guacamelee is a new game to the xbox one I think that is pretty good. The fact that they are using Max twice is shit.

I don't ever remember them guaranteeing two games. Some of you guys are ridiculously needy, complaining about free games. The service JUST STARTED.

I am completely happy with Guacamelee.

Awesome that it's a 'new' release I don't already have.

Played 1/2 of this on vita and looking forward to playing on console.

They should have switched max to anything no matter now bad, carrying over doesn't count as a release.

TThey better not secure Strider, they've had it on sale all this week on Deals For Gold, I just bought it for a fiver...

But the main difference is PS+ in the beginning never said they are giving two games a month like GWG. I'd be a bit peeved if I signed up and they already they are repeating already. They got your money so not much you can do.

And with services like this and PS+ its bound to happen to you eventually. But it's okay since you had plenty of time to enjoy it beforehand.
