Oh... Yes. Yes that is good.
Cool but not really a megaton.
I feel like I should be more impressed. It's been some time since I've played LBP so I don't fully grasp the ramifications
If you can actually make flat out 3D perspective gameplay/environments then heck yeah it is.
Aside from the floaty as fuck controls
.Im excited
I'm starting to think I'm the only one who preferred the floaty jump physics

This game looks like it's going to be the best of LBP series so far, with tons of new options but it's going to be the most undervalued because of the timing.

By the way, whatever happened to Little Big Planet Hub?

What would REALLY be a megaton is if you could set 'character physics/move speed / jump height' in custom maps.
Agreed. They also said something similar regarding jumping physics did they not?I would think this to be an option as opposed to being the default controls. The E3 demo showed 2D controls on the layers, as the other games had.

this has always been a huge problem for me. I think the game is fantastic, if only it 'felt' good. It feels fucking weird still after playing for hours. BUT - I haven't played LBP 2, and 3 looks like each character moved differently. What would REALLY be a megaton is if you could set 'character physics/move speed / jump height' in custom maps.
It's got almost 0 competition this fall for family multiplayer. If Sony markets this decently toward young children and parents, it should do great.
