Pre Order Bonuses have gotten crazy.

I mean seriously XCLUSIVE PANTS.
Let's not forget the Watch_Dogs stuff as well.

TACTICAL TROUSERS

It gets even worse when they're retailer exclusive pants.

I don't know why people care. Pre-order bonuses are always garbage and if on the rare chance it's actually worthwhile content it will be available later.

I'll take getting the game at a discount a couple weeks later over any pre-order bonus.

Wouldn't you run faster with your pants off?

jorma

is now taking requests
I'd be more pissed if they actually gave away good stuff that i'm going to miss having if i don't preorder.

Exclusive pants has me on the floor here.

PAULINK

I microwave steaks.
most pre-order incentives are kind of dumb, i don't know anyone who is going to choose to pre-order at best buy FOR THOSE SPECIFIC PAIR OF PANTS OH MY GOD.

The hyrule warriors one is better because those are costumes people desire. no one wants fucking pants.

This is still my favorite. Seeing "WALMART EDITION" proudly printed on the cover gets me every time.

pre-order bonus is still better than on-disc DLC (Capcom: Dragons Dogma, Street Fighter X Tekken) and original main game content being cut off and sold as collectors edition content (EA: Mass Effect 3; Dragon Age 2; etc etc etc)

solution: all "bonus" stuff should be restricted as physical items only (e.g.: The Witcher III); digital "bonus" is anti-consumer and bullshit

See now this would be a great idea if it were for Silent Hills. Free pair of pants with your pre-order. Yeah, I could get behind that.

The best is when never become available as DLC afterwards.
