Amazon is now selling digital 3DS and Wii U eshop titles.

They just started popping up. Seems to cover most games, at least the first party ones.

Based on eShop prices, so it's more expensive to buy...say Splatoon digitally, but The Wonderful 101 is cheaper
Wonderful 101: $29.99 vs $43.
A few aren't available to purchase till tomorrow for some reason.
Thanks to Wario64 and Jon Faust on twitter
more confirmed games here and on the source
The digital download hub is up http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=as_li_s...nintendoeverything-20&linkId=DUAW4JEERNY7KL6G

Is the feud over?

Was there ever a Amazon/Nintendo feud?

Pretty cool to see digital games on Amazon. I've always liked how Amazon had digital PSN store codes.

they don't carry the Wii U and certain 3DSs, IIRC. But they started carrying the new 3DS and now this

Better than getting eShop cards for a fixed amount and always having a bit left over later! Hope the selection expands MUCH bigger.

Pretty neat even if I don't download too many games.

I'll probably grab a few of the smaller games off of here if I'm low on eshop funds and if they get added.

So can you actually buy these with amazon gift credit? I know that there was eShop cards that required a credit card (and it was a physical card!)so thats why I'm asking. Only limited selection, but this feature might come in handy one time or another.

They need to have a match first. Reggie vs Amazon Delivery Guy. The match will start late because Reggie isn't a prime member so the delivery guy will come to the match late.

Does this mean I can gift digital games if I wish?

It appears to associate it with your "Amazon Digital Purchases" thing, so it doesn't look like you can gift them.

Edit: Unless you mean just emailing a friend a code... the code will likely appear in the library.

Do these codes work in Canada?

I'd be curious to know as well (but my guess is no). With our shitty exchange rate, most are much cheaper to just buy from the Canadian eshop.

They should. I've redeemed a ton of codes from US PR companies on my Canadian eShop account and they've always worked fine. I don't think any codes like that are locked by country, aside from currency codes.

Two copies sold? That's not a bomb guys, stop trolling!!!
Whole lotta "Currently Unavailable" right now.

Was this a thing Nintendo and Amazon were going to announce, and it just went up kinda early?

By looking at some of the 3DS pages in OP (and others for Wii U), it seems they're available now (even Yoshi's New Island, which was unavailable a few hours ago).

Wait

Why would it be better to buy it from amazon than from the eshop?

(And what about that canadian situation?)

FINALLY!! For some stupid reason the Nintendo Eshop wouldn't accept credit cards from Puerto Rico, now I can buy them this way instead of having to buy eshop cards all the time!
