Destiny its pretty much solid 30 frames. It won't go beyond that.

It can get pretty crazy-hectic in a battle between several Void Warlocks throwing that Void Bomb around with the vortex perk like nothing, Titans going ham with the Hammer leaving sunspots all around the map. Add in some Sunsinger Warlocks, and you will have framerates tripping below 30 fps easily.

If Boost Mode locks the frames with all that going on, Destiny pvp matches are going to look awesome in motion.

Others games are saying loading time boost in Beast Mode... I think it is due having more CPU to make the transfer from HDD to memory.

Didn't many unpatched games already have considerably reduced loading times? I know The Witcher 3 already did. I wonder if boost mode will reduce them even more...

OK beast mode is fantastic. Have tested

Until dawn - much better performance
Bloodborne - better still frame pacing issues though
Just cause - a revelation a different game.
Mad max - better performance
YAKUZA 0 - better when roaming city
Games seems smoother overall. perhaps where would of seen 1-2 frames dropped . (tried destiny)
Side note: vr 3d is fantastic.

I know it's already been said .. but DAYUM.. PS4 Pro is a boost !

Killzone Shadow Fall gives you the option to uncap the framerate. That's what everyone asking to see. I have the game installed but no beta code still.
