Is it just fries? Because it's certainly not hotdogs or steak or burgers or any sort of meat.

made this thread while eating a bratwurst with dijon mustard and onion on it.

Just fries or as an ingredient where you don't use more than a tablespoon.

EDIT: Wait, do ya'll put ketchup on meatload as-is? I always mixed it with other junk.

Aiii

So not worth it
The actual answer is everything, because who cares what other people think about what you eat?

I put ketchup on hotdogs (along with mustard and relish) and burgers (with mustard, cheese, and maybe some other stuff). Not fries.

I don't really care what you put ketchup on as long as it's not with a well-done steak.

I put ketchup on everything just about. Except steaks, That's a huge no no

Still don't understand the hate for it on hotdogs.... Add some mustard to it and enjoy.

Also love it on scrambled eggs :)

Everything? Its a condiment. Its used to add extra flavor to food. Who cares what some dumb ass told you. If you like the taste of Ketchup on something, use it!

Wait, putting ketchup on hotdogs is sacrilegious? Around here people put that, plus mustard, mayo and even mashed potatoes with straw potatoes and cheddar

Way I was taught, 2 things go on a hotdog or any sausage in a bun configuration.

Mustard, your choice of type.

and Sauerkraut, and if you don't like sauerkraut, onions are fine too.

Literally anything you think it would taste good on because no one actually cares in real life.

People just like to act smug about food on the internet for some reason.

I like it on basically most meats.

Fried fish, steak, hot dogs, burgers, chicken, sometimes even like a little on Mac and cheese or potato chips. (Hot dog with ketchup and then Mac and cheese on top is great too)

Don't like it on things that are already quite sweet, like corn. It goes best on salty/savory stuff.

I don't know what ketchup is, but tomato sauce is appropriate to add to hot chips, meat pies, sausage rolls, home-made hamburgers, potato cakes and basically any food you get from a greasy takeaway store bain-marie.

Currywurst is awesome. It uses curry ketchup though, not regular.

Let me guess NZ or Australia :p

Tom sauce is pretty much the same thing, but not as good, because it's missing the vinegar that makes Ketchup so tasty
