I've never been to a gym, I just train at home with help from some basic equipment.
Legs could be bigger but I struggle with chicken leg genetics combined with a lower back injury that has plagued me since pickaxing in my early teens. Squatting heavy makes me really nervous but I do incline running as a safe substitute.

5'8 230 pounds.(The body pics I have were when I was 260) I used to be around 400 pounds and I've lost a bit of weight. I really don't know how to determine my looks per say, I get some attention from women and I have been hit on and so forth, but I don't know if I'm ugly or attractive or what. I'd say I'm around a 5.
