Eh, I get it. "Just do a tournament" could be cool, I guess.
Although part of me thinks let's have the makers of Operation Raccoon City make a dark, mature SF spin-off that ends with Ken being gunned down in an alley. That's the edgelord contingent taken care of, more fun for the rest of us.

He's just so much fun to use. He's arguably the most "fun" to control in this game, it's just the balancing that's letting him down.

I ideally want him to have less stubbier normals but I'll settle for more damage and more juggles/ better oki from anti airs. I really liked using Ryu in USF4, he just felt so STABLE. Here though...

SDCC panels aren't streamed, though security doesn't care too much if you record it afaik.

Wishful thinking : a glimpse of what's to come in what's left of season 2
Realistic : costumes, costumes and more costumes (for Chunners)/ a fixed version of Abby's trailer
3SO on PS4 would make me happy. An Alpha GGPO collection would also be good.
Both of these guesses are things I think could happen but one is much likelier than the other.
1. Menat reveal and she's going to be in the 7/25 patch, maybe.
2. Some costumes and maybe a stage.
What I'd want is an SSFV announcement or Capcom throwing in some extra characters this season, specifically Sagat and/or Sakura because they're coming eventually regardless.

I feel like they really did him right in S1. He was still a little stubby, and he definitely had some bullshit (that jLK can go straight to hell) but he really felt satisfying to play. I think somebody (might have been Valle) once said that even if you took S1 Ryu and dropped him in the game as it is right now, invincible DP aside he might still not be top tier, because the game has changed too fundamentally at this point. I really hope they figure out what to do with him, because he can be so much fun to play.
They'd be crazy if they announced SSFV before MvCI comes out.

Naw fuck that shit, he was a Gundam in S1 with no bad matchups or weaknesses and could damage as well as he defended. I'm with SnakeEyez in saying he was a bit too well-rounded in S1 despite his stubs.

They need to give him a few ways to get in a little better but fuck his S1 shit. Even Tokido said he was cheap.
