I think I might just use my Elder Kai on the base LR Goku to raise him Super to 10. I've going on my third stamina bar right now, and not a single card drop (Stage 4). I just want to max his Super so I can move to Stage 3 where the medal drops are so much better. I'm only getting 7 per run on Stage 4, and I'm getting really fatigued. :/

Looks like both LR Gohan and LR Trunks work under the new Gohan lead.
Turns out that even if you have both, which you don't, it doesn't hit as hard as Fusions.
And without both LRs it's kinda ehhhhhh

That makes no sense if LR Gohan works. Because its impossible to for Fusions to hit harder than LR Gohan with at least 7+ orbs since thats over 120% bonus to his attack.

The other cards might not hit as hard and the team only gets a 130% atk boost from leader skills

I think the big benefit is that Gohan's team isn't quite as restrictive. There aren't many good alternatives for the optional units on the fusion team, or the shadow dragon arc team for that matter. It's a lot easier to make a workable, competent team with Gohan's leader skill if you're missing 2 or 3 optimal units (which most people will). But since I already have LR Gohan, you best believe I'm going hard for this guy when he hits global.

I thought Gogeta and OS both cant add their 50% boost stack with their leader skill.

You're right, I just meant Gohan doesn't have the type bonus at all, so you can't sub in STR units if you're lacking in category units.
Does anyone know if the upcoming banners will reward double elder kais? I fucked up with my Bulma and gave her two elder kais to reach SA 10 and make progress on her potential tree but maxed out at 79% and the event has gone now (the plan was to get the elder kais back from the additional Bulma missions). I think I had sold two of my initial bulmas before to Baba because I was in dire need of medals, really regretting that now.
I might have to pull on the PHY banner just for the Kais if not, which will suck because I'm happy with my PHY team for now. Also means less stones for the next banner.
Need them for LR Goku.

I decided to pull the physical banner one last time because of the shiny little lightning around it saying 40 stones early and I got no supersaiyan animation at all so I got so damn salty, when the screen went white the "bye guys" animation came up and I ended up getting the sign of ultimate evolution Gohan. No more pulls for now!

So this is strange. I log in today and realized that I didn't have anything to do. No dokkan events to grind, no 3x quest exp, no money from bulma event, already did the orb event....
Is there anything coming up or are we really in a lull?

Farm the ssj goku medals and units to feed to ssj3 angel goku if you pull him.

Rumor has it Goku Jr drops in a few days (farmable unit much like Bulma, free 100%) but other than that idk. I'm busying myself farming Turles to max the WT TEQ Turles' SA, other than that I also don't really have anything to do.

I think I like the Turles idea. I have both INT and TEQ turles that I don't use regularly but might if he hit a little harder.

I've been doing nothing bu Tree of Might Turles farming since yesterday and I haven't gotten a single card drop.
The bad thing is that I'm still grinding for Turles. The good thing is that I now have a ton of Fruit of the Tree of Might.

That Gohan banner is rather shit though. Pretty dirty considering they're dropping a category banner in a few days with units that actually work on the team besides the 2 featured on the Gohan banner. Whenever it comes to Global I don't think I'd pull for him if I didn't at least have 1 of the 2 LRs for that team.
Yeah I'm not happy with the other stuff in that banner. I'm gonna toss my phone if I pull another Janemba.

Alright, so I was out of the Dokkan game for a year or so, and the last few weeks I decided to pick it up again because of getting into Super again (and also so my 7 year old could have a strong friend to use)
I maxed out my Bulma, I pulled a lot of things, and this is where I'm currently at.

I'm not really sure what I should be focusing on now to improve my team. I can do some of the UR limit breaks if I blow all my items (like SSB Goku) but even if I do it's only up a few days a week I think? I'm not sure. I also have a crap ton of story quests to do and dragon balls to collect... but it feels so beneath where I am that it's not really a fun experience (but probably should anyways just for more stones).
A little guidance on what I should be trying to focus my energy on right now would be appreciated! Oh and team construction, right now my main team is really AGL heavy with SSB Goku, SS Vegeto, and the hand-out Strike of Gratitude and Respect SSG. I have the maxed bulma in just because she's an amazing tank but she doesn't synergize with anyone and Brolly and SSB Vegs filling out the last two spots as PHY and INT respectively.

To be fair, I did 4 multis in total, so it's kind of forced luck.
I wouldn't have done more than 5, and given my recent history I was due some luck. I went hard for Gogeta and I'm ashamed of how much money was spend to get that card.

I think your focus right now should be on Dokkaning your Super Vegito, SS3 Gotenks, and PHY Broly when their events are up. Those are god leads and will be the most beneficial. Also dump those Elder Kais into Super Vegito or SS3 Gotenks if they're not already SA10.
It's probably too late for you to get LR Goku if you want to make use of the current event, but you could go try and grind that. Bulma makes it much easier.
708 medals on my second LR Goku... feels so close... Then I just need 15 of the send stage ones, and I'll be done completely with this event. Cutting it close, and I've been avoiding everything else (need BoG medals for my Whis') but still, can't wait to have all those free rewards
I've done 3 so far and no dice... On Gogeta I ended up snagging him with the free bonus stones so I guess this is my punishment now, lol.

Kind of a bad time with regard to free stones on JP though.
Noted, probably going to just set aside a bunch of stones for multis on Global like I have done for Gogeta.

I dunno if the the half saiyan thing is all it's cracked up to be. Do the cards even link that well? Plus banking on two LR cards to put the team over the top seems kind of lol.

definitely not a great team without the LRs. Ultimate Gohan himself is probably strong enough to carry the team but he has linking problems without the LRs because he only has shocking speed.
Probably Omega> Cooler> Frieza. But since Cooler is the lead I might do him first to get more friends and friend points.

This time the flaw isn't within the category system since the selection is quite large this time. The problem is they decided to make Ultimate Gohan the leader.
If I'm looking at this right the best team may not even have Gohan on rotation, just toss both of him into the floater position. The team to me just looks like PHY with LR Gohan and 20% more attack.

Thank you, now my long grind can begin I guess. I'm blowing through my stamina like mad already. Is SSJ3 Gotenks really that good? I can't even find room for him in my current rotation, or is he just that much better at UR+?
