Anyone else had this?

Trying to load the update just sends me back to the home screen or does nothing at all and afaict there’s no way to see what actually just updated.
It downloaded automatically when I turned the console on, no name or version number.

Anyone else had this happen?
Could a dev have pushed a patch out without naming it properly?

I’m confused.

So I assumed it was probably related to a TV app and the only one that updated after checking for updates was Netflix and the interesting part is that unknown update on the notification area disappeared and now my last notification is a Netflix update and that unknown one is gone from the list.

Maybe a failed Netflix update?
