Is it really selling well for them though? It's not wonder they're unwilling to abandon the Series S when it's selling so well for them.
that's why they released the 1tb version, probably cheaper to produce and bigger marginIs it really selling well for them though?
yeaIs it really selling well for them though?
People might laugh at that, but they can't grasp Microsoft would be losing 75% of their already meager audience. It's not wonder they're unwilling to abandon the Series S when it's selling so well for them.
Yeh, got mine free with a mobile phone contract, they were giving them away with loads of stuffSeries S was even given free with LG tvs last year... so yeah "sales"
I don't know about that.
Its just for that April, not lifetime.Less than 6 millions Series X... This is crazy lol
I wonder what this place would do without Microsoft news?
Anyway, series S was huge in the pandemic.
It's no wonder they're unwilling to abandon the Series S when it's selling so well for them.
Almost by design.Race to the bottom is in play.
They are fucked with this 4tf.
They will need to make a short gen.
I'd be pretty lost tbh
It's like the highschool bully not having anyone to bully
Or only own a PS4 and a Series S... which also wouldn't surprise me.It would be funny AF if the majority of people capping in the ps5 vs xsx threads end up having only a series s
Doubt it since this is a enthusiast forum
I have seen more marketing about the series S and gamepass than the XSo, basically it's Series S vs PS5. No wonder Xbox is struggling.
Must be bad word of mouth.
They always sell at a loss during launch. Spencer said a year ago that they were losing, as of that time, $100-$200 per Series console, so probably more than that at launch in November 2020. And these consoles have had zero revisions (while PS5 is about to have its third and the disk SKU has been profitable since June 2021) so they still lose a lot for each unit even now. So if they release 2 years earlier there is no chance they have better hardware than PS6.They just might... i think Heisenberg may be onto something predicting MS full starts their next gen a year or two after Sony puts out a PS5 Pro model. They completely stand to lose the TF/power narrative if they do that though unless they go all out super crazy on the next box making literally zero profit to make it as strong as possible to the consumer.
In the Netherlands, there is practically no marketing at all.I have seen more marketing about the series S and gamepass than the X
same in the stores
Heavy PC marketing. They've been seeding that already. No wonder they don't want to push for a Pro console when the majority of Xbox console users are on the Series S. I wonder WTF their plan will be once Sony inevitably drops the PS5 Pro?
