For some smaller, niche and nostalgic type games yes. Its been around but recently with Double Fine being hugely successful with it, everyone wants to try.

Yeah seriously, I was just wondering the same thing.
It'll die off. I highly doubt there's a project people can get so jazzed about they'll donate $400,000 in 24 days, unless it's a charity thing, which it's not.
I'm all for it if it gets games made that wouldn't get made otherwise. Especially games like 2D point and click adventures (DoubleFine Adventure), Leisuresuit Larry, and ... well maybe a Shadowrun RPG.
They'll hit their goal. You do know Double Fine was targetting $400k and they got over 3 million right?

My gosh, I didn't know that. There's some dedicated fans out there, tons of respect to them.
The other thing is that it's not just a donation, you're buying the game as well for the minimum pledge amount in most cases. Double Fine Adventure, for example, was $15 for the minimum pledge and you get a digital copy of the game.

Oh I have too. Hell while most weren't too keen on Iron Man 2 I've loved both of those movies and the Captain America one. So I know this one is so going to blow away all of those by the looks of it.
She is purely eyecandy/shitty actor.

I don't know what all she's done but I liked her in Iron Man 2. Doesn't seem near as bad as some actresses I've seen.
Halo Reach didn't do it right if u ask me....

I liked her in Lost in Translation a lot, and that's about it as far as acting work goes.

I'm watching the new Trials Evolution editor videos right now and it makes it really clear that Forge misses some basic things.
You should be able to check the framerate on your map. And not just in Forge but also in custom games because there's a big difference between the two in terms of framerate. A simple option in the gametype settings that shows the FPS in the upper right corner would be great for map testing. Something like an object-density meter would also help greatly.
A undo/redo button would really help too. Would make for less frustrating moments.
