I enjoyed the PSP game, when it first came out. Mainly because my love for the series was at its peak at the time, so I consumed all media. Tried playing it again recently and it was an overall bad experience. The controls were clunky, the story was boring, and it was too repetitive.

I'm curious how they expect to incorporate memory wiping into gameplay. Its such a conceptual idea that only impacts complicated systems and emotions. Wiping someones memory of their children in the real world would be devastating and have impact on all sorts of things, but in a third person action game? Are they just going to copy Syndicate? Wipe someones memory that they are shooting at you so they stop? Maybe in a complicated systems RPG...

Yeah, the mechanic of manipulating memories sounds kind of interesting.

Almost in a Ghost Trick kind of way (like the bit about knocking over the bottle but it not working out) just really really sinister with the assassinations/suicides.

I hope that stealing people's memory actually play a good part in the mechanics. If it is just a plot device or a gimmicky puzzle enabler, then meh.
