Now to just wait for he inevitable Mega Gengar.Looks like the new type chart confirms Gengar will still be a beast again.

I love the despair and tears of team Chespin. Hopefully Gamefreak makes him a high HP fat and ugly poke like Garbodor to see the meltdowns.
I refuse. It is impossible not to see Chespin's evolution as just Chespin wearing a costume and a fake nose. It looks awful.
I ain't melting down, brah.
Also Garbodor is cute, brah.
Froakie's final evo better look like a full on wizard. Heck, maybe even make it Water/Psychic. It'd be pretty dumb, but I'd love it.

What you posted is awesome. Chespin's evo is that rolled into a fat ball with his face smashed in.When I first saw the Chespin Evo this was the first thing that popped in my mind.
Mega Garchomp means business.
Chubspin's definitely grown on me but its still well behind Andre3000. Fennekin is too weird. I couldn't pick it lest I grow attached to it and masturbate over it.
It's alright when I masturbate over Froakie because its an animal so its funny
but if its an animal that looks like a human
people will ask questions
Mexican duck pineapple. How can you hate a mexican pineapple? How!?

Nice fake final forms, except for Chespin3, who looks terrible.
if by business you mean he's gonna fuck shit up, then yeah
I wonder if people will change their starter choice after the competitive viability is determined.
Pretty irrelevant for the in-game run IMO. loi
It is relevant for post game stuff, though. Using any of the Unova starters in the PWT is a pain in the ass.

Ah, Pokemon starter politics.I secretly happy with the chespin meltdowns because they targeted fennekin so much just because it became the most popular starter
Yup, in the GAF XY Earlybird tournament that's totally going to happen, I'll bust out an Eviolite-equipped Chengar and sweep the floor with everyone.
WHERE IS YOUR ARCEUS NOW, HATERS?
Already exist.

Everytime I look at Chespin's evo now I see this
God, Gen V's starters were such ass.
Only time I boxed my starter, ever.
Well, I was going to start Chespin... *grumble*
This will be my first entry to the series--are there many pokemon w/ crappy first evolutions and super-friggin'-awesome final evos?
Really? I keep restarting my games every now and then, except for one version which I use as bank to store my pogeymanz.Ah, I don't care for any of that stuff, forget that some challenging content exists. So maybe it would matter there. I usually just run through the game once, then I just battle.
You are right, most of in-game teams are useless for post-game challenges, but ditching the starter is kind awful imo, unless they are terrible (battle-wise) like the Unova ones. The only time I ever did that to a starter was in Gen V... in all of my various playthroughs.Yeah but you aren't going to be using your in-game team for that kind of thing anyway. If you want a starter because it's competitively viable just trade for it after you finish the game.
