Pretty exciting month, personally.

Hanna
Source Code
Scream 4
13 Assassins
Meek's Cutoff
Armadillo
Your Highness
The Greatest Movie Ever Sold
Cave of Forgotten Dreams 3D

Going to try to see Source Code tonight, which will make the extra long day at work well worth it.

Source Code, 13 Assassins, and maybe Hanna (trailer/commercials look awful, but the reviews have been good so far). Was half-interested in Super, though it looks like a poor man's Kick-Ass (which I didn't like to begin with) and reviews have been pretty weak.

Already saw Exporting Raymond in Austin last year, pretty funny.

meek's cutoff looks great.. i really liked her other 2 films

hannah and source code look like decent weekday afternoon viewings

Wish I could've seen Rubber before April Fools Day was over .. :(

Movies are too expensive!! I hate not being able to afford to go watch!!!

:\

Will for sure see 13 Assassins, Scream and Hanna in theaters. And I'll rent Oregon Trail and Your Highness.

Forgot about Fast Five too. Yeah probably theaters for that one as well.

Source Code, Your Highness, Super, maybe Hanna.
I've had 13 Assassins recommended to me, so I might watch that. That and Hobo with a Shotgun.
And I thought Rubber was pretty great.

Fast Five - better chance for a Riddick movie (story is meh but the WH40k fan in me wants more)

Source Code - will wait for more reviews, trailer didn't do anything for me

13 Assassins - looks sweet

Ah yes the April slump before the May mega movies start coming out.

I might see Hannah... don't see anything else there that really grabs me.

Source Code and Scream 4 are the only movies that grab me. Everything else will probably be Netflix'd at some point if I get interested down the line.

Meek's Cutoff
13 Assassins
Source Code
Fast Five
Hanna
Your Highness

I'll try to get to these at some point with anything else coming after potential good reviews. Already have SO many movies on the backburner right now.

Looking forward to Hanna, and I think that 13 Assassins is going to really suck compared to the original purely based upon Miike's recent offerings over the past five years.

Nice! I honestly can't wait for that to hit US theaters. One of my favorites of the year, I saw it at both TIFF and Sundance.

Saw Source Code. Going to see:
Hannah
Fast 5
Will probably check out:
Scream
The Conspirator (why didn't you mention this?)

I really disliked it. Bland as all hell. You know there is a problem when a Robert Redford film with that stellar cast is getting dumped in the middle of April to barely any theaters.

Seems like a decent list this month. Meek's Cutoff looks interesting, but I honestly LOLed only because yesterday I found myself reading through the craziest LP of the Apple II Oregon Trail I've ever read.

The Fast & Furious movies are guilty pleasures for me, even Tokyo Drift, but holy god even by their standards the last one was awful. The Rock and the one dude from the third movie are the only reasons I'd probably see this new one.

Scream 4, for better or worse, is opening weekend for me. :p

I might actually see Your Highness in theaters too. Source Code too.

Watched Rubber last night. I really enjoyed the meta-commentary, and didnt get tired of the killer tire.

Damn, the concept, actors, director all seemed interesting. I knew something had to go horribly, horribly wrong. Thanks for the warning. Skipping it.

The first Transformers was a lot of fun. I had so much hate against it. I saw the first fast and furious many years ago and recalled it as being dumb fun in the same way. Any chance that the other fast furious film are as good?

All I know is that transformers 2 was horrible horrible horrible.. I felt ashamed for being in the cinema, on the behalf of Bay!:( I like Michael Bay. But when Optimus gave that speech.. my god.
2 Fast 2 Furious is definitely skippable
Tokyo Drift is hilariously bad
I thought Fast and Furious was pretty enjoyable. It's been a while since I've seen the first, but I'd say it's about the same level of dumb fun.

debating between Hanna, Your Highness, and Arthur for this friday

having seen all of them, HANNA all the way. It it isn't a masterpiece but definitely entertaining and some of the best (well-directed) action you'll see this year.

Heh, no problem. Just be prepared it is almost an anti-western, son't say I didn't warn you. Little-to-no action and 99.9% of audiences would write it off as "boring" and "pointless" but I found it strikingly beautiful and rewarding.

Well i certainly hope Wes was feeling inspired when he did 'Scream 4'. I had the misfortune to sit through his film 'My Soul To Take' and it looked like it had been done by someone new to the genre. Shocking stuff.
