What always hits the hardest is how much Nazis basically chainsawed entire family Jewish trees. I mean, it’s one thing to know it in its generality, but seeing all these siblings, these whole generations lost, is vertiginous.

I knew some jews fought for the confederacy, but one of them was Larry David's ancestor. Way too funny. His daughter can sign up to be member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
