A spokesman for Neil Gorsuch confirmed to CNN that Gorsuch expressed concern about Trump's remarks during a meeting with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), after Blumenthal first told reporters about the nominee's reaction.

On Saturday, Trump ripped the "so-called judge" on Twitter, saying that the ruling that halted his executive order was "ridiculous and will be overturned."
Trump last week announced his nomination of Gorsuch to fill the Supreme Court seat that has been vacant for nearly a year, since Justice Antonin Scalia died last February. Former President Obama had nominated Merrick Garland, but Senate Republicans refused to hold hearings or votes on Garland, insisting that the seat not be filled until after November's election.

Yeah I wouldn't expect Gorsuch to take derision from the executive bench lightly.

But it doesn't mean I'm his ally on what would be his voting record on civil rights, the right to privacy, etc.

Now, can Dems bait Gorsuch into saying something harsh enough that Trump flips out and rescinds his nomination?
