Because I'm a much bigger fan of the XX era music than the stuff in Xrd.

No. DLC is region tied so you will need an EU region account.

the Vinyl music is the live 2014 recordings that is also on CD here and included in the JP limited edition.

The only confirmed DLC character other than Raven was Kum (nothing has been said regarding how Dizzy's distribution will be handled).

I think itll be artbook and cd with amazon preorders like they did with Langrisser. Maybe. Or I'm just being optimistic.

I will buy it because I'm a GG collector, I also got the Accent Core + Limited Edition they released a millenium ago but personally this one is way too expensive for that kind of content, not even a nice box to hold the game, artbook and music CD.
