Their next step should be to bring back user reviews. This was really useful on PS4 especially for more obscure titles that you couldn't tell if they're any good or not at glance. Like, who are they trying to fool? If they wanna hide the fact that some of the triple-A games are shit then people are gonna know about it anyway so removing user reviews from the store is just a pain in the ass.

If you have something on your PS wishlist and it goes on sale, it does send a notification from the app if it goes on sale. At least it has for me.

Just app/PS5. No PS4 Store or even email like Steam does.
