I'm definitely more interested in MK9 and DiveKick but I welcome all fighting games on steam.

Far too few at this point.

They took a little too long to get something out and my hype has died down pretty considerably.

I'll pick it up eventually, but only when it's small money.

It's like...I get that it's a parody, but I don't understand why anyone would want to play it.

But I don't see the appeal at all.

Just because the mechanics are simply doesn't mean it can't be compelling.

But it does help if you follow the fighting game community a little.

He summited the other day actually.

In the PAX video update he said the plan was for the team to get the server/client communication ready.

And when he got back they would evaluate where they were, and, if everything went according to plan, they would release the Beta.

I would see them releasing Halo 3 before Reach.

I would personally like to see 1, 2 , 3, and ODST.

I think RE:R's third tier may unlock. In the past hour it's gone up 2%, and if this rate remains constant, by the time the game unlocks in Europe it'll be at 89%, but even the slightest increase would push the bar to the end, if only with a moment to spare.

Edit: The game is sitting at #14 on the Top Sellers list.

So apparently there's a Van Helsing ARPG / diablolike? How bad is it I wonder.

It's cheap enough that I'm half tempted to buy it just to let people know how good or bad it is. This has the potential to turn into another Krater (all style and no substance).

Edit: 20GB...that's kind of a big download just to satisfy idle curiosity.

XIII was updated last as of 7 hours ago, so work is still happening there.

98 and 2002 seemed to have been put on hold; showing their last update being 18 days ago, and I believe that wasn't an actual update, but the DB changover to the new system.

Day one on MK9. Glad we finally got the announcement.

On the community hub it's stated as 7.8GB; 20Gb is the hdd requirement.

That's constantly being updated in the registry. Almost a change# every day, sometimes multiple.

I think that may be my most anticipated PC release, not just because I like the game, but because I can't even imagine how good that game is going to look at a proper resolution with heaps of AA.

Well I'm not holding my breath for the standalone now. Hype has kind of deflated since mid last year when they first started talking about it.

A positive outcome often results in a lower number of responses and/or threads lol.

Quite a number of us revel in negativity here on GAF.

The worst reactions to the Sony reveal I felt were along the lines of apathy or indifference.

Not since the PS3's 599 DOLLARs blunder has there been such an overwhelming amount of vitriol for a console reveal. Heck, even the 360's reveal was handled better than that.

That's more in line with what I wanted.

If they can get co-op in Duke and then shove it into Shadow Warrior, I will be very happy.
