After seeing all the new media out there on some of the upcoming games for the PS3, consider me impressed. Hell, even the PSP stuff I'm seeing looks amazing. And the best paret is it isn't all one type of game, there's a nice variety to choose from, and we haven't even seen the stuff that one would consider the "major" IPs, Killzone, GT, stuff like that.

I haven't bought a PS3 because it's too damn expensive.

But for the first time, I'm feeling bad about it.

Why? THose games won't be out any time soon.
 
This thread's creation just delayed the PS3 price cut by 3 years.

Think on the bright side...when you can afford it, it will be cheaper and all these good games might be out

The sad (or funny depending on your point of view) thing is all this PS3 love will be murdered come around 6 PM tonight.
 
Maybe you could, you know, enlighten us with some examples of what you are talking about? When I read the thread title I was expecting to see screens and impressions.

If people let last month's sales numbers spoil the news of future games for them, then they need to get outside GAF more often. :)

i never regretted my ps3 purchase, because i bought it with future titles in mind, plus im a tard for RR.

No kidding. The PS3 sales are going to suck ass total, you know, I know it, it's just now waiting to be official....but it doesn't make the likes of Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, LPB, Ratchet and Clank's Gamer's Day showing any less awesome.
 
only one thing really impresses me and thats Little Big Planet. But not quite enough to say "I need a Ps3". Hell I havent seen enough really to make me say "I want a 360" although MS is getting there.
 
I'm really digging the new Ratchet & Clank, looks to be a sure winner. Just from the short demo, it looks and plays absolutely great.

The rest didn't enthrall me like R&C did, but none the less, looks promising.
 
They have a media day thread where all 5 of you people can go you know...its stickied too so you can't miss it. Anyway, congrets to sony for showing games that won't do anything to my ps3 RIGHT KNOW. WHEREZ MY GAMEZ AT SONY, I NEEEEEEEEEDZ ME GAMEZ NOW.

NO YOURs wrong. IDF the system doesn' sell it means the system sucks and that means the gameas suck too and no one will buty them. And even if teh games are good it'as still $600!!!!!!!!!!!! Like, who can aford that?? Do you look like a king to you to afford that? I'm a GAMER, i can't afford that it';s not like i have a king salarie. LOLZ. Doom look at NDP numbers. DOO<Medc.

edit: Seems some people are a bit lost. This was a joke, or at least an attempt at a sarcastic one. I don't really write like that, obviously. Jeeze.

A handful (or two) of games we mostly know about for quite some time and all look quite as expected (because we saw lots of footage for most already).

I think one must be quite a fanboy to be overly impressed by it or have lived under a rock to be surprised. Yeah, Sony has a bunch of great first party developers making great games.
