I want to see a young three-man team of Darui, Deidara, and Tobi.
Darui (lazy all-around genin who cares about his teammates a lot, despite their crazy antics since he lost his parents the last war... and the only heirloom he has is his Storm Release jutsu... he's a jack of all trades that's why he didn't stand out in the Ninja Academy rankings, standing at #5... he always saves Deidara's and Tobi's butts when they're in trouble. He is a realist at heart.)
Deidara (the struggling artist genin who hates the world because not everyone appreciates art... all he cares about is art... and explosions... he is number 2 back in the Ninja academy, coz the number 1 is Uchiha Itachi... the genius of the class... he and Tobi has a love-hate relationship because Tobi unintentionally makes fun of Deidara's all the time but despite that, Tobi's almost the only one noticing Deidara's art)
Tobi (the carefree guy who fools around and loves annoying Deidara... a happy-go-lucky person that has a mysterious past... he was bullied when they were in the Ninja academy because he wears a mask all the time and he wouldn't show his face... he makes up comically gruesome stories about what really is behind his mask that makes even Deidara and Darui cringe)
Their sensei is Killer Bee... an aspiring rapper with insane Lightning CQC skills. In this universe, Bee has no Hachibi inside him here but has high chakra levels. He loves his team a lot.
Then the Kage of their village should be Raikagenaut which I will name G/Jii. Jii is known for his hotheadedness and love for battle. His bodyguard is the all-seeing Hiashi (the Third Shinobi War's greatest hero and candidate for Raikage) and Kinkaku, leader of Kumo's Black Ops (also candidate for Raikage). Jii has a granddaughter, a big-breasted version of Karui, Killer Bee's dreamgirl.
There is another young shinobi team of Ginkaku, Itachi and Temari. Ginkaku is Kinkaku's rotten son and Tobi's bully back in the Academy, and #4 in Academy rank. Temari has a crush on Darui. Itachi is Jii's adopted son and Karui is very protective of him. He ranks #1 in the academy and an achiever and an idealist. They are under Minato, Killer Bee's narcissistic rival.
Their ninja village is Kumo
From Suna, Sasori the puppeteer is the teenage Kazekage. His monster shinobi of a younger brother is Gaara, the sand manipulator. Sasori's greatest puppet is his father, the Kazekage before him that uses Iron Sand. Rumors say that Sasori killed him to use him as a puppet but pop belief says that the Iron Sand Kazekage was poisoned by infiltrators from another village. His advisor is his and Gaara's strong-willed mother, the previous Kazekage's paramour, "Death Mist" Mei Terumi
From the Kiri is the jovial but wily Troll-kage, which I will name Shingetsu. Despite his friendly demeanor, he is famed for his obsession for security. He has the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, best seven blade-wielders of his village, to guard him. The most famous is Kisame, the Demon Shark and his scrappy son, the most talented swords man in the Mist, Suigetsu. He absolutely hates Sasori.
From Iwa rules the ruthless and greedy Kakuzu, the Tsuchikage. Of all the Kages, he is the most business-minded and money-loving. He is very greedy but the true power in Iwa is really his grandfather, Hanzo the Salamander... who rules in Iwa's tributary village, Taki. Iwa is the only ninja village to have a tributary village. He has his comedic assistant Zetsu my his side all the time.
In Land of Fire's Konoha reigns the most feared of the Kages, the middle-aged Danzo. He is famous for starting the Third Shinobi World War by killing Raikagenaut's son and heir, Ay. It's also rumored that he manipulated Sasori into killing his own father. When Konoha lost the Third Shinobi War, he was forced to give away his youngest son Itachi, who was a baby that time, to Kumo as a replacement for Raikagenaut's son. He is escorted all the time by "Death Touch" Torune (girl-version, famed for his almost successful assassination of Trollkage) the only person Bee fears, the dark and mysterious Shisui the Blur, Danzo's oldest son.
There are demons and monsters here but not necessarily the 9 bijuu in naruto... and no jinchurikis per se... no So6P definitely.
