The Donnerschlag spear situation got ugly last year.

The Donnerschlag promo was open for a week. The Donnerjäger promo is open for a whole month, so I guess fewer people will miss it. I came across the Donnerjäger promo by accident as I was looking for other BD info actually :/

Free DLC is good, but I see BDFTS is following the BDFF model of DLC.

A second (most likely free) Dengeki DLC promo will be announced during the Bravely Default 1 Year Anniversary Special on Friday. In the meanwhile, it turns out the BD novels coming out on Dec 5 contain DLC serial codes as well. Both of them.

I took the survey just now, told them I'm excited for the "100 improvements" and for the inclusion of other languages. The survey closes in less than 7 hours.

Siliconera posted a pic of a Jump article (can't link it here for obvious reasons) about bosses from Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light being featured in Bravely Default via StreetPass... And I noticed there was a new DLC weapon announced in the bottom left corner of the pic.

Buy the January 2014 issue of V Jump to obtain a code that will get you a &#12300;&#21213;&#21033;&#12398;&#22826;&#20992;&#12301;(Sh&#333;ri no Tachi) katana. The Jan 2014 issue is out on the same day as Dengeki Nintendo, November 21 2013.

The Sh&#333;ri no Tachi DLC code expires on June 30 2014.

Square Enix has also announced that these 4 costumes...

...can be obtained by buying any four different products from the list shown here. You get to pick which costume you want every time you register a product, you can only get one of each costume, and you can't register two copies of the same product. The costume codes expire on December 5 2014, a full year after the launch of the special BDFTS site.
