well unless Sega is paying Naka to make the game, I don't see Naka doing it. Sega own the rights of nights, and I would think if the new Nights used a different contol scheme that Naka would want to use it with a new IP. Since Naka will own any new IP he creates for his new company, even though Sega wil publish the games.
